Meet the Team
Two specialists, one standard.
Andrew Devlin handles every home we list and every buyer we work with, start to finish. He brings decades of experience as a technology innovator, salesman, video producer, and social media expert to the Intero Santa Cruz Harbor office. He leads marketing, video, and getting your home seen everywhere it needs to be seen.
Trent Davis runs the operations side of the team and works with investors to find and evaluate income properties, and helps families and their professional advisors, including estate attorneys, wealth managers, and CPAs, use real estate as part of a long-term care plan through what we call the Legacy Property Framework.
Andrew Devlin
Realtor®
Andrew Devlin, Realtor® ☘️, was originally from Ireland and has made Santa Cruz home for decades. He considers it one of the best places on earth to live, raise a family, and build a life. He’s a local dad, an Aptos Little League board member, and an active supporter of the community.
Before becoming a Realtor®, Andrew spent years working at the intersection of technology and real estate. He is the founder and CEO of a video technology company backed by the California Association of Realtors and other real estate investors, giving him a unique perspective on marketing, communication, and how homes are presented in today’s market.
Known for his energy, optimism, and enthusiasm, Andrew is passionate about helping people buy, sell, and invest in Santa Cruz County. He also produces local video features that spotlight area businesses and organizations, all part of his commitment to helping the community grow and thrive.
Trent Davis
COO
Trent Davis, COO, brings over 20 years of executive leadership, entrepreneurship, strategy, and sales development experience to the lending and real estate industries. He holds a Master of Liberal Arts from Harvard University and has built several successful companies while advising early-stage enterprises and large nonprofits regarding strategic planning. Through his network of investors, entrepreneurs, and philanthropists, he connects borrowers and investors nationwide.
He previously owned and operated a real estate brokerage in Santa Cruz that generated over $250 million in transactions and is uniquely positioned to guide investor clients through every stage of the process. He’s a licensed real estate broker (#02009486) and mortgage loan originator (#1686810), a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, and a Senior Real Estate Specialist. He specializes in helping families use real estate to pay for long-term care, while Andrew focuses on buying and selling homes.
